Methodologica Governance University attaches particular importance to the publication of PhD and master theses in the field of humanities research in French or English. Steps to publication

Methodologica Governance University Press follows a specific schedule for each publication project.

- First step: Sending the draft project The author is invited to send a draft publication project with the provided form completed, in order to enable us to study the project and propose a custom quote.

- Second step: Sending of the manuscript Upon receipt and acceptance of the quotation, the author can submit the complete version of the manuscript in electronic format (email attachment: contact@mguniversity.eu, CD or disk). Big files (2 MB) can be sent to us using You Send It. (http://www.yousendit.com/)

-Third step: Study of the manuscript by Methodologica Governance University Within three weeks of receiving the manuscript, Methodologica Governance University will review the manuscript and provide feedback regarding its content and publishing options. Methodologica Governance University accepts to study only the most completed manuscripts; however there are categories which we do not publish (racist or pornographic material). After a careful analysis of the manuscript, two publishing options are sent to the author: the first is subsidy publishing and the second is partnership publishing. If the manuscript is accepted by the publishing board the first option is proposed and Methodologica Governance University will support the publication cost. If the board’s decision is not favorable, Methodologica Governance University could propose a partnership to support part of the publication cost. In this case, a financial proposal will be sent to the author.

-Fourth step: Signature of the publishing contract After negotiations between the parties regarding the publication option, Methodologica Governance University will send a copy of the contract to the author for his study and acceptance. The publishing contract is governed by French law. Once the author has accepted the proposal, the final contract will be signed by both parties.

-Fifth step: Beginning of the editorial process This step includes translation (into English, French or another language if needed), transcription, proofreading and editing, layout and design of the book cover and the granting of an ISBN number. Once this is accomplished, a first copy of the book will be printed.

-Sixth step: Last revision and correction At this stage, a printed copy will be sent to the author who can also choose from three proposals for the book cover. At the same time Methodologica Governance University will make the final revision and correction of the book. The author has three weeks to give his approval for publication (Ready for press).

-Seventh step: Final print Once the last correction is accomplished, the final print will be launched with the possibility of a limited edition with a minimum of 50 copies. This is undoubtedly one of the advantages offered by Methodologica Governance University publishing.

-Eighth step: Distribution and communication After the final printing of the book, we initiate the diffusion and the distribution of the book. In parallel with the distribution, a communication campaign will be launched to make the book known and the author. Measures will also be taken for the listing of the book with the relevant public and private institutions. Attention to all applicants for an international certificate of professional competence.Since 2023, Methodologica Governance University has definitively ended the ESCO program and replaced it with a new program. Consequently, Methodologica Governance University no longer supports the ESCO Program, and any certificate issued under the name and logo of this program since 2023 is not valid. So, you have two options:

1. If you already have an ESCO certificate (which is no longer valid), you can renew your professional competence certificate by requesting the new CFC certificate.
2. If you want to obtain a new official certificate of professional competence issued by Methodologica Governance University and Futurale Canada, you can submit your request on the Futurale Canada website.

Furthermore, Methodologica Governance University, along with its partner in North America, Futurale Canada, has launched a new, much more comprehensive program than the ESCO program, called the CFC. This new Program is designed according to new methods and international criteria, especially North American criteria.

Be careful! 

Methodologica Governance University has no representatives in any country, and all collaboration contracts with its representatives, including in Iran, have been canceled since 2023. The ESCO certificates issued since 2023 are invalid, and the use of the ESCO logo is illegal.
